Story:
Hänsel (Hansel) and Gretel are now all grown up and defeat witches in Germany.

My opinion:
I must admit, I only watched that movie because Jeremy Renner plays Hänsel/Hansel.
The movie itself, despite the bad critics I've read in magazines, was pretty good. Funny, although I wonder if some funny scenes were supposed to be funny or are just accidentally funny. Jeremy Renner was a very sexy Hänsel (you could also see him in a few scenes shirtless), Gemma Arterton was good, too.
The movie also involved lots of blood and usually the scenes with blood were disgusting.
3D wasn't really nice, the only part where it was used well, was when the witches flew against a web of wires and they got cut into pieces and body parts flew all over.

I give this movie 3.5 points of 5.
